Your profile, check-ins and history stay only on your device. Zenodiac has no accounts and we cannot see or restore them. The only thing that leaves your device is purchase information for the optional Zenodiac+ subscription, which goes to RevenueCat under an anonymous ID (see the Privacy Policy). Your device backup (for example iCloud) may include your local data.

An optional auto-renewing subscription ($2.99 per month or $19.99 per year) that unlocks the guided sessions. The zodiac talks, daily guidance and zodiac insights are free. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account; it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.

To cancel, use your store subscriptions page: on iOS Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Profile and choose “Restore purchases” with the same store account.

Open Profile and choose “Erase all local data”. This removes your profile, settings, check-ins, history and saved sessions. Uninstalling the app also removes them.

Sessions currently run as timed quiet practice, with an optional ambient sound you can switch on in the player. Guided recordings are not included in this version.

Check that reminders are on in Profile, that notifications are allowed for Zenodiac in your device settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not hiding it. Reminders are local and arrive daily at the time shown in Profile (20:00 by default), in your device's time zone.

In Profile, choose a language: English, Español, Deutsch, Français, Русский or Türkçe.
