By downloading or using Zenodiac ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement prevails for iOS.

What the app is

Zenodiac offers meditation and breathing practices, optional astrology-based personalisation, mood check-ins, a personal practice record, optional ambient sound and an optional daily reminder. Sessions without a recording run as timed quiet practice. The zodiac talks, the daily guidance and the zodiac insight pages are free; the guided sessions need the optional Zenodiac+ subscription (see Zenodiac+ subscription below). Features and content may change over time.

Not medical advice

Zenodiac is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you have health concerns, persistent anxiety or low mood, please consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or an emergency, contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away. Stop a practice if it makes you feel unwell.

Astrology

Your sun sign is worked out from your birth date. Your moon sign is an approximation from the same date, because an exact moon position needs birth time and place, which the app does not use. Rising sign is not calculated. Astrology is offered for reflection and entertainment. It is not science and does not predict health, personality or events. Please do not base health or life decisions on it.

Content and ownership

The app's design, text, branding and original ambient audio belong to the Zenodiac developer. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from them, except as the law allows. Your own data in the app belongs to you.

Using the app responsibly

Use the app lawfully and for personal purposes. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery, and do not attempt to interfere with or bypass the app's functionality.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. We do not promise any medical, therapeutic or psychological benefit.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or health outcomes arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Zenodiac+ subscription and payments

Zenodiac is free to download. The zodiac talks, the daily guidance on Home and the zodiac insight pages are free. Playing the guided sessions needs Zenodiac+, an optional auto-renewing subscription:

• Zenodiac+ Monthly: US$2.99 per month. Zenodiac+ Yearly: US$19.99 per year. Prices can differ by country and currency and may include taxes; the price for your store is shown in the app and by the store before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) when you confirm the purchase.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel at any time after purchase: on iOS in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions (or the App Store account page); on Android in Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, not by us, except where the law requires otherwise.
• Restore purchases: if you reinstall the app or use a new device with the same store account, use "Restore purchases" in Profile or on the Zenodiac+ screen.
• Processing: purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or account details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether your subscription is active (see the Privacy Policy).

We may change prices or what Zenodiac+ includes. If a price changes, the store will tell you as it requires and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the app. Updated terms are posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept them. Your licence ends if you breach these terms.
